Troy Reierson

CEO

If you’re navigating the ever-evolving landscape of real estate, chances are we’ve crossed paths—or will soon enough. As the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Arizona, California, and Nevada Properties, I’ve dedicated my career to not just riding the waves of change but steering the ship through them.  Why Real Estate? Why not real estate? It’s not just about buildings or contracts; it’s about people, dreams, and creating futures. I thrive on unlocking potential—whether it’s transforming a market strategy or guiding an agent to their best year yet. Think of me as part strategist, part cheerleader, and full-time growth enthusiast.

My Superpower? Driving growth while making it look effortless. (Spoiler: It’s not. But that’s where the fun lies!) With a proven track record of spearheading initiatives that break ceilings and set new benchmarks, I’ve learned that success in this industry requires a blend of sharp business acumen, a deep understanding of human nature, and a sprinkle of humor.  When I’m not in the thick of a strategic pivot or mentoring the next wave of industry leaders, you’ll find me exploring the latest in leadership trends, enjoying being a husband and dad to two amazing young ladies, or diving into personal and professional development. I believe that a well-rounded life is the best foundation for innovative thinking.

I was born and raised in the real estate industry right here in Tucson. My father, a custom home builder, and my mother, a broker, gave me firsthand exposure to both the construction and transactional sides of real estate. I grew up building homes with my dad and hosting open houses with my mom, which instilled a deep passion and expertise in the field.

I’ve been a licensed real estate agent since 2012 and have successfully managed thousands of transactions. I am a Tucson native and a luxury-certified agent with experience in luxury homes, portfolios, new construction, green building, investments, relocations, resales, and first-time homebuyers. My clients often describe me as organized, devoted, attentive, patient, persistent, and highly knowledgeable—I’m always willing to go above and beyond.

I don’t just help my clients buy and sell real estate—I’m actively involved in the process myself. I buy and sell properties, do flips, and manage rentals with the same care and strategy I recommend to my clients. Real estate isn’t just my career; it’s the foundation of my passion for building wealth and helping others achieve financial success.

I have deep roots in Tucson and love everything about this city—the stunning mountain views, breathtaking sunsets, and vibrant food scene that earned Tucson its UNESCO City of Gastronomy designation. I’m a big fan of Mexican food and take pride in embracing the rich culture my hometown offers.

Transparency and integrity are at the heart of my work. I believe in always telling my clients what they need to know, not just what they want to hear. For me, real estate isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about ensuring my clients are set up for long-term success. One of my proudest moments was helping a client save and prepare for several years before buying their dream home. Their gratitude reminded me why I love what I do.

When I’m not working, I enjoy walking, cycling, bowling, listening to music, and watching Tucson’s beautiful sunsets. I also love spending time with my daughter and family. Helping people find their perfect home or investment isn’t just my job—it’s my joy. My clients always come first.
