Troy Reierson

CEO

If you’re navigating the ever-evolving landscape of real estate, chances are we’ve crossed paths—or will soon enough. As the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Arizona, California and Nevada Properties, I’ve dedicated my career to not just riding the waves of change but steering the ship through them.  Why Real Estate? Why not real estate? It’s not just about buildings or contracts; it’s about people, dreams, and creating futures. I thrive on unlocking potential—whether it’s transforming a market strategy or guiding an agent to their best year yet. Think of me as part strategist, part cheerleader, and full-time growth enthusiast.

My Superpower? Driving growth while making it look effortless. (Spoiler: It’s not. But that’s where the fun lies!) With a proven track record of spearheading initiatives that break ceilings and set new benchmarks, I’ve learned that success in this industry requires a blend of sharp business acumen, a deep understanding of human nature, and a sprinkle of humor.  When I’m not in the thick of a strategic pivot or mentoring the next wave of industry leaders, you’ll find me exploring the latest in leadership trends, enjoying being a dad and husband to two amazing young ladies, or diving into personal and professional development. I believe that a well-rounded life is the best foundation for innovative thinking.
